Accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Child/player profiles may be

added within a parent-managed account.

• Parent/guardian name

• Email address

• Subscription details

• Player first name and age/date of birth

• Optional profile photo

• Team affiliation and football development insights

• General postcode or region information

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the platform, improve features, support coaches, manage subscriptions, maintain

safeguarding standards, and deliver relevant grassroots football content.

5. Location Information

Only general location data such as postcode or region is used. Exact residential addresses and live location

tracking are not intentionally collected.

6. Coach Access

Authorised coaches may view player development insights and participation trends linked to their club or team.

7. Messaging Restrictions

Open messaging and public comments are not currently supported to help reduce safeguarding risks.

8. Sponsorship & Advertising

Sponsor content may appear within the platform and may be targeted regionally based on grassroots activity and

postcode areas.

9. Account Deletion & Rights
