At 5StarKidz, safeguarding and child safety are central to how the platform is designed and operated.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to encourage participation in grassroots football, support confidence and development, and strengthen

positive relationships between players, parents, and coaches.

2. Parent-Led Platform Design

Accounts are designed primarily for parent or guardian-managed use on behalf of children participating in

grassroots football.

3. Restricted Communication Features

To help reduce safeguarding risks, open messaging and unrestricted comments are not currently supported.

4. Coach Responsibilities

Coaches are expected to act respectfully, support player confidence, and use player insights constructively.

5. Profile Photos & Content

Optional profile photos must remain suitable for a family-friendly grassroots environment.

6. Reporting Concerns

Safeguarding concerns, bullying concerns, or inappropriate behaviour can be reported to info@fivestarkidz.co.uk.

7. Data & Privacy

The platform does not intentionally collect precise home addresses or support unrestricted public communication.

8. Platform Safety Approach

Safeguarding decisions will prioritise child welfare, platform safety, and responsible community behaviour.
