For our users in the United Kingdom, 5Star Kidz is managed by our team in the United Kingdom.
The following terms of use of 5Star Kidz Ltd apply.
The following are the General Terms and Conditions (App & Website) ("Terms of Use").
Summary
To make things easier, we've summarised the most important provisions of these Terms of Use here.
However, we strongly recommend that you read these Terms of Use in full before you begin using the
App to fully understand our mutual rights and responsibilities.
The App is Free to download on Android and IOS app stores, while features are exclusive to our paid subscribers.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and must ensure they have the rights to use
this content in such a manner.
We may suspend or block access to users who we believe have breached
these Terms of Use.
In certain situations, 5 Star Kidz will not be liable for issues arising out of user actions or events outside
our reasonable control.
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of the 5StarKidz mobile application, website
and related services operated by 5 Star Kidz Ltd.
By downloading, registering for or using the
Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. About 5Star Kidz
5StarKidz is a football development platform designed to help players, parents, guardians, coaches and clubs build confidence, support player development and create positive football experiences. Features may include match tracking, player ratings, statistics, challenges, milestones, self-reflection, parent feedback, coach dashboards, team management, AI-powered coaching support and community features. Some features require a paid subscription.
3. eligibility
Users must be 18+ or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for accounts created on behalf of children.
4. User Accounts
Users may register as Players, Parents/Guardians, Coaches, Club Representatives or other authorised users. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
5. Subscriptions
The App is free to download. Premium features require an active subscription. Pricing and billing are shown during purchase and managed via the relevant App Store unless otherwise stated.
6. acceptable Use
Users must act responsibly, not upload unlawful or offensive material, impersonate others or misuse the Platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Coaches and Team Management
Coaches must use player information responsibly, respect privacy, comply with safeguarding requirements and only manage teams they are authorised to access.
The Platform supports coaching but does not replace safeguarding responsibilities or governing body guidance.
8. USer Content
Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant 5StarKidz a licence to store and display it for operating and improving the Platform. Users confirm they have permission to upload their content.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, graphics and Platform content remain the property of 5 Star Kidz Ltd unless otherwise stated.
10. AI Features
AI-generated insights are provided to support learning and development only and should not be treated as professional coaching, medical or safeguarding advice.
11. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, process and protect personal data relating to players, parents, coaches and clubs.
12. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for matters beyond our reasonable control or misuse of the Platform, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. ACCOUNT DELETION
These terms are effective until terminated by either party.
You may end your agreement with us at any time via the app settings.
13.1 Duration and Termination of these Terms of Use
These Terms of Use continue in effect until they are validly terminated. Users may terminate (i.e. close or end)
their user account or these Terms of Use at any time without giving reasons.
To do this, users can delete their account in the settings section of the App.
– Click the setting button at the top of the App
– Then click delete account – Confirm you are sure to delete account
– Select Yes if you wish to proceed
– This will permanently delete all information on app and cease your subscription
Users should note that data cannot be restored once the account has been deleted.
User-Generated Content remains on the App when the user that uploaded such content deletes their account,
however, such User-Generated Content will not be attributed to the user that uploaded it
